This piece is on canvas mounted over a bicycle tire. On one level, the piece speaks of history, peace, and nature; men fighting and dying for their dreams. On another, it is about change. A common theme in Angel's work is the flower. While we appreciate its looks, eventually it is cut or dies, only to be replaced by another.
